    Hey, I'm Py.

I'm a Creative Chef, hot sauce maker, and the person behind every recipe on this site.

I trained in Bharatnatyam before I trained in the kitchen, and it turns out they're the same discipline: precision, improvisation, heritage, and the courage to make something that moves people.

I grew up in an Indian kitchen where flavor was never optional. Now I spend my days reimagining those bold, heritage flavors for the way we eat today. Whether I'm developing a new sauce, sharing a weeknight recipe, or cooking a private dinner for your family, it all comes from the same place.

Food is how I tell stories. Pull up a chair.

Why I Cook the Way I Cook

    "What did my Nani make?"

    Heritage

Every recipe starts with the flavors I grew up with. Bold spices, slow-cooked warmth, the kind of food that tells a story before you take a bite.

"How do I feel after I eat this?"

    Wellness

I cook food that fuels you. Zero sugar sauces. Balanced macros. Heritage flavors that nourish, because our food was always good for you.

"Would I plate this for someone I love?"

    Craft

Every dish, every bottle, every private dinner gets the same care. A dancer's precision. A grandmother's generosity. That's the standard.

    BEET Pad THAI

This is a fantastic way to incorporate beets if this is your first time experimenting! By no means is this a traditional pad thai, but i've tried my best to capture all of the essential flavors…and OH! it's vegan, so you're stomach will be happy too! ⏱️ Total Time: 30 minutes

    Thai Basil Pesto Pasta

Whenever I buy herbs for one dish, I always have leftovers that end up going bad and it makes me wonder why I can't just incorporate new herbs into dishes that I already make. For this recipe, I revamped the traditional pesto by using Thai basil and kale in order to up the greens, but also bring a unique flavor profile into the dish. This pesto pasta can be served hot or cold, and pair SO well with fresh, juicy cherry tomatoes! ⏱️ Total Time: 30 minutes

Crispy Mushroom Tacos with Avocado Crema

If you're obsessed with crispy tacos, but want a healthier alternative - try these! This recipe combines crispy cast iron skillet mushrooms, fresh onions, and lots of zesty garlic all wrapped up in almond flour tortillas. I always top my tacos off with my mom's amazing avocado crema made with Greek yogurt. ⏱️ Total Time: 35 minutes

    Masala Egg Toast

There's nothing more important than breakfast and sourdough bread in my opinion. This recipe packs in a lot of protein, veggies, and spices for those breakfast lovers looking for a well balanced start to the day! I love eating this with a nice big cup of coffee, chutney, and ketchup ⏱️ Total Time: 15 minutes

    Keema Quesarito

I looked to Taco Bell this time to inspire my Keema Quesarito. YES - it is a quesadilla with spicy keema (minced meat), cilantro rice, sour cream, and a whole lot of queso. I would essentially call this a MUCH healthier and tastier version of the Taco Bell classic. For some, this might be another meal prep classic. You can transform the ingredients into a delicious bowl or enjoy it as a quesadilla! ⏱️ Total Time: 50 minutes

    Blueberry Banana Pancakes

I made these super easy pancakes for breakfast last week with all of leftover blueberries I had in my fridge. Let me tell you, they turned out full of sweetness from the added sugar in the bananas along with a touch of honey that I put into my blueberry compote. I occasionally have a sweet tooth, and this definitely felt like a throwback to an IHOP breakfast that I used to get during the holidays on those chilly mornings. ⏱️ Total Time: 25 minutes
