Keema Quesarito

Taco Bell meets Indian cuisine! A quesadilla with spicy keema, cilantro rice, sour cream, and queso. ⏱️ Total Time: 50 minutes

  1. Heat oil in pan. Add cardamom and cloves, toast for 1 minute.
  2. Add onion and garlic, sauté 3-4 minutes until softened.
  3. Add tomato and cook until it breaks down, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add minced meat and all spices. Cook 10-12 minutes until meat is cooked through and mixture is dry.
  5. Make cilantro rice: Mix cooked rice with lime juice, salt, pepper, and cilantro.
  6. Heat pan on medium. Add cheese directly to pan, let melt, then place tortilla on top. Flip so cheese is up.
  7. Spread queso on tortilla, add keema, cilantro rice, and sour cream/yogurt.
  8. Fold into burrito shape. Slice in half and serve with hot sauce and avocado!
