    I love experimenting with dairy-free pasta sauces, and i've found that coconut milk is a great way to create a very similar texture to parmesan and cream. Trust me you won't miss the dairy in this recipe. I added my homemade hot sauce and a ton of chili flakes to this dish to make it extra spicy, but this dish can be made more mild as well if that's what you prefer. I kept it simple with sliced red onions, grilled chicken breast, and lots of cilantro to garnish! ⏱️ Total Time: 40 minutes 🌶

    Masala Falafel with Garlic Feta Dip

    Who knew adding Indian spices to your falafel mix would make them more indulgent and delicious, at least for the Indian palette. These falafels are quite possibly the most healthy and nutritious protein sources that you can eat as a snack or as a full meal. I personally enjoy mezze plates whenever I go out to eat to a Mediterranean or Middle Eastern restaurant because you get to try a wide variety of new dishes. For this mezze, I combined garlic and red pepper hummus, harissa, garlic feta dip, fresh parsley, lettuce, red onion, and tomato. This is perfect to serve with fresh pita (highly recommended) or any tortillas you need to use up in the fridge. It is also a really great way to have a unique family meal, and to get the family involved in cooking! Bonus excitement: these are vegan and gluten free! (unfortunately the garlic feta dip is not, but it's SO GOOD). ⏱️Total Time: 45 minutes

Depending on my mood, I usually go for a good grilled chicken burrito or a delicious pizza, and of course - Flour and Water always does a good job with everything on their menu. This time, I tried the pepperoni pizza with ranch; however, you can always change up the toppings to make this pizza your own. My crust is inspired by the King Arthur Flour Neopolitan Crust Recipe with a couple of modifications. *Keep in mind - the dough in this recipe does need to rest for at least 12 hours, but once it is made, the pizza is very simple to put together. ⏱️ Total Time: 24 minutes

    This recipe contains my fresh green curry paste as well as how I use the paste to make green curry with coconut milk. Please look at all of the options you have in terms of proteins, veggies and grains so you can adjust this recipe to your preferences. Also - if you don't have the time/ingredients to create the fresh curry paste, you can use the second portion of this recipe to use a store-bought curry paste in the same type of coconut curry. A couple years ago, I stumbled upon a delicious Burmese dish called Khao Suey, and got extremely curious as to how so much flavor could be packed into one soup. I experimented a little bit and came up with a great Khao Suey Paste recipe filled with garlic, ginger, chilis, and so many whole spices that I had at home. This recipe almost felt like a fusion of Thai and Indian food! After making this recipe so many times, I decided to infuse the curry paste with my favorite Thai dish - Green Curry! This recipe has a ton of wonderful aromas and spices that make coconut curry super flavorful and spicy. Best part: it's extremely versatile.
