    Nani (नानी)

    Grandmother

Named after my Nani, who cooked with fearless hands and never once apologized for making it spicy. This sauce is her spirit in a bottle: bold, unapologetic, and unforgettable.

The Crescendo. A heat that builds slowly and stays late, like a story told at the end of a family dinner. Bold, unforgettable, unapologetic.

    Warning

Very hot. Start with a few drops. Not ideal for spice beginners.

    Parmesan Cauli Crust Pizza
    Jan 20, 2025

    Parmesan Cauli Crust Pizza

Hearty, low-carb, delicious pizza crust. Perfect with Indian toppings and chutneys! Parmesan is one of the cheeses that generally works with my lactose intolerance. This is why this crust is a hearty, low-carb, and delicious way to enjoy a pizza on any occasion that you are craving it. The topping options are endless, but my favorite way to garnish pizzas is with Indian toppings and chutneys. What's yours?

    Shrimp Fajitas
    Jan 12, 2025

    Shrimp Fajitas

Low-carb, super versatile, and perfect for meal prep during a busy week. I always like to throw in extra veggies I have on hand! The easiest tip to make these guilt-free is to use greek yogurt with all of the same seasonings to give that same sour-cream kick guilt-free! ⏱️ Total Time: 35 minutes

    Mushroom Makhani Croquettes
    Dec 31, 2024

    Mushroom Makhani Croquettes

Creamy, crispy mushroom filling topped with makhani sauce and cilantro! These croquettes were inspired by similar crab filled ones that I got at the Iberian Pig in Buckhead, Atlanta. Instead of using meat, I wanted to try a mushroom substitute to achieve the same creamy and crispy texture. Trust me, you won't even miss meat after trying these. To add to the fusion aspect of this dish, I topped it with fresh cilantro and a homemade makhani sauce! ⏱️ Total Time: 35 minutes

    Green Chutney Parmesan Chicken Wings
    Dec 7, 2024

    Green Chutney Parmesan Chicken Wings

These wings are a game changer. I combined a homemade green chutney with extra garlic, ginger parmesan, and a little bit of mayo to create a dreamy and tangy chicken wing. Best part is that these are baked, so no guilt in indulging in as much as you want! ⏱️ Total Time: 60 minutes
