  1. Clean and devein shrimp. Mix with all spices and olive oil in bowl.
  2. Marinate veggies with garlic, chili flakes, salt, pepper, and olive oil on baking sheet.
  3. Bake veggies at 400°F for 15-20 minutes until crisp but cooked through.
  4. Grill shrimp: Cook 2 minutes per side on grill pan brushed with olive oil.
  5. Warm tortillas.
  6. Assemble tacos: 1-2 shrimp per taco, baked veggies, Greek yogurt, cheese, cilantro, pico, and avocado.
  7. Squeeze fresh lime over tacos. Enjoy!
