Spicy Garlicky Blackened Chicken Alfredo Pasta

  1. Mix all marinade ingredients. Add chicken, seal in bag, and marinate 1-2 hours in fridge.
  2. Preheat oven to 450°F. Bake chicken 15-20 minutes until center is no longer pink.
  3. Boil pasta until al-dente.
  4. Heat olive oil on medium. Add red onions and garlic, sauté 5-6 minutes until softened.
  5. Add chili flakes, hot sauce, and coconut milk. Bring to boil, then simmer 5-7 minutes until thickened.
  6. Toss pasta in sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Slice blackened chicken and place on top of pasta.
  8. Garnish with cilantro and extra hot sauce!
