Spicy Garlicky Blackened Chicken Alfredo Pasta

- Mix all marinade ingredients. Add chicken, seal in bag, and marinate 1-2 hours in fridge.
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Bake chicken 15-20 minutes until center is no longer pink.
- Boil pasta until al-dente.
- Heat olive oil on medium. Add red onions and garlic, sauté 5-6 minutes until softened.
- Add chili flakes, hot sauce, and coconut milk. Bring to boil, then simmer 5-7 minutes until thickened.
- Toss pasta in sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
- Slice blackened chicken and place on top of pasta.
- Garnish with cilantro and extra hot sauce!
