Masala Falafel with Garlic Feta Dip

  1. Make garlic feta dip: Mix all dip ingredients in bowl. Refrigerate until serving.
  2. Add chickpeas, herbs, garlic, onion, and all spices to food processor. Pulse until combined but still slightly chunky.
  3. Add flour and baking powder. Pulse to combine. Let mixture rest 10 minutes.
  4. Preheat oven to 375°F. Form mixture into small patties.
  5. Brush patties with olive oil on both sides.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Serve in pita or tortillas with hummus, harissa, garlic feta dip, lettuce, tomato, and onion!
