Masala Falafel with Garlic Feta Dip

- Make garlic feta dip: Mix all dip ingredients in bowl. Refrigerate until serving.
- Add chickpeas, herbs, garlic, onion, and all spices to food processor. Pulse until combined but still slightly chunky.
- Add flour and baking powder. Pulse to combine. Let mixture rest 10 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Form mixture into small patties.
- Brush patties with olive oil on both sides.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve in pita or tortillas with hummus, harissa, garlic feta dip, lettuce, tomato, and onion!
