Fusion Green Curry & Paste

Fresh green curry paste with Thai and Indian fusion flavors. Extremely versatile for meats, veggies, seafood, or noodles. ⏱️ Total Time: 50 minutes

  1. Toast the peppercorn, cumin, and coriander on medium heat for 4-5 minutes until fragrant. Blend into a fine powder.
  2. Add all curry paste ingredients into a high power blender. Blend until smooth paste forms.
  3. Heat coconut oil on medium heat. Add Thai chili, onion, and ginger garlic paste. Sauté for 5 minutes.
  4. Add 4 Tbsp of green curry paste. Cook for 3-4 minutes until aromatic.
  5. Pour in coconut milk and fish sauce. Bring to a boil.
  6. Add vegetables and protein. Simmer for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro and lime. Serve over jasmine rice or noodles.
