Flour & Water Inspired Pizza

  1. Combine the flour, yeast, salt, honey/sugar, and garlic powder in a mixing bowl.
  2. Slowly add water and mix in until a cohesive dough forms.
  3. Let it sit for 12 hours in the same bowl. Make sure you wet a towel or paper towel to cover so the dough doesn’t dry out.
  4. Preheat your oven to 550 F if possible or the highest possible temperature below that your oven goes to.
  5. Split the dough in halves or fourths depending on how many pizzas you are making.
  6. Roll the dough out with some extra flour if needed on a flat, large surface.I generally use an empty wine bottle because it’s easy!
