4 Taco Sized Tortillas or Tostadas of Choice
Clarified Butter or Olive Oil for Brushing
1 Boiled Russet Potato
1/2 Tsp Red Chili Powder
1 Tsp Chaat Masala
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Pepper
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp Chopped Cilantro + More for Topping
Taco Bell Hot Sauce Packets
1/2 C Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
1 Chopped Roma Tomato
1/2 Chopped Red Onion
1/2 C Greek Yogurt
2 Tbsp Sriracha
Chaat Masala, Red Chili Powder, and Lemon Juice for Topping
Instructions
Preheat your oven or air fryer to 400F.
Brush your tortillas with clarified butter or olive oil on both sides. Place in the air fryer or oven for 8-10 minutes until crispy and golden.
Mash the boiled potato in a bowl. Add red chili powder, chaat masala, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and cilantro. Mix well to combine.
Spread the potato mixture evenly on each crispy tortilla.
Drizzle Taco Bell hot sauce packets over the potato layer.
Top with shredded cheese, chopped tomato, and red onion.
Place back in the oven or air fryer for 5-7 minutes until the cheese melts.
Mix greek yogurt with sriracha to make a spicy crema.
Drizzle the spicy yogurt over the pizzas. Garnish with extra cilantro, chaat masala, red chili powder, and a squeeze of lemon. Enjoy!
