    Sadly, this is another staple item Taco Bell is getting rid of, but you can make it at home! All you really need are the TB hot sauce packets to make this recipe feel like you got it from the drive through next door. I made this tostada pizza slightly healthier by using an air-fried corn tortilla for a one-layer pizza, lots of freshly chopped veggies, and greek yogurt as a sour cream alternative.     • You can add refried beans instead of potatoes for a more traditional version.
    • To make it vegan, eliminate the cheese or use vegan alternatives, and replace greek yogurt with vegan mayo.

    • 4 Taco Sized Tortillas or Tostadas of Choice
    • Clarified Butter or Olive Oil for Brushing
    • 1 Boiled Russet Potato
    • 1/2 Tsp Red Chili Powder
    • 1 Tsp Chaat Masala
    • 1 Tsp Salt
    • 1 Tsp Pepper
    • 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
    • 2 Tbsp Chopped Cilantro + More for Topping
    • Taco Bell Hot Sauce Packets
    • 1/2 C Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
    • 1 Chopped Roma Tomato
    • 1/2 Chopped Red Onion
    • 1/2 C Greek Yogurt
    • 2 Tbsp Sriracha
    • Chaat Masala, Red Chili Powder, and Lemon Juice for Topping

      Preheat your oven or air fryer to 400F.

      Brush your tortillas with clarified butter or olive oil on both sides. Place in the air fryer or oven for 8-10 minutes until crispy and golden.

      Mash the boiled potato in a bowl. Add red chili powder, chaat masala, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and cilantro. Mix well to combine.

      Spread the potato mixture evenly on each crispy tortilla.

      Drizzle Taco Bell hot sauce packets over the potato layer.

      Top with shredded cheese, chopped tomato, and red onion.

      Place back in the oven or air fryer for 5-7 minutes until the cheese melts.

      Mix greek yogurt with sriracha to make a spicy crema.
