Green Chutney Parmesan Wings
These wings are a game changer. I combined a homemade green chutney with extra garlic, ginger parmesan, and a little bit of mayo to create a dreamy and tangy chicken wing. Best part is that these are baked, so no guilt in indulging in as much as you want!
INGREDIENTS
Serves 3
14 Chicken Wings
2 TBSP Baking Powder
1 TBSP Chili Flakes
1 Bunch Cilantro Leaves
1 Lime
1 Inch Ginger
4 Cloves Garlic
1/2 C Parmesan Cheese
2 TSP Cumin
Salt & Pepper to Taste
4 TBSP Mayonnaise or Vegan Mayonnaise
Chaat Masala and Ranch to Serve
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven the 425F.
Pat the wings dry and toss them in baking powder, chili flakes, salt and pepper. Line them in a baking sheet with a light layer of olive oil. Put them in the oven for 20 minutes.
To ensure the wings cook through, take them out after 20 minutes, flip, and put them back in the oven for another 20 minutes. After, turn your oven up to broil (500 F), and let them cook for another 2-3 minutes until they char lightly.
Place the cooked wings to the side for 5 minutes to rest while you make the sauce.
Blend cilantro, lime, ginger, garlic, parmesan, and cumin in a blender to make your parmesan cilantro chutney.
Pour into a bowl and add mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste. Add your wings into the bowl, and toss to coat.
Serve immediately. Garnish with fresh lime juice, chaat masala, and ranch if you’d like! Enjoy!
